ACCESSING SPECIAL CHARACTERS IN WINDOWS

The screenshot below was taken in Windows98. The process should be very nearly identical for Windows 95 and Windows ME, and is. It is also very much the same in Windows 2000, and XP. First, click the "Start" button at the bottom left of your Desktop, then:

From here, simply right click to drag and drop Charmap (or a shortcut to it) onto your desktop
